The rental car services at the airport closed too early for my arrival and this was an excellent alternative. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The car was clean and in great condition which made for a smooth and comfortable ride. Pickup and drop off were easy and convenient. While my trip was riddled with issues due to the airline losing my luggage, the ease of this rental was a lifesaver and really helped improve the quality of my trip.
